Hello everyone,
My company requires me to use ipmitool to obtain the temperature of the hard drives(HDD) and IOC on the JBOD.
I was able to successfully read the temperature when I first started up, but after a while (possibly a few minutes or hours), the temperature readings show as 'no reading.' However, 'smartctl' can still successfully read the temperature of these hard drives , and I'm also pretty sure my unit isn't overheating (from smartctl).
I am at a loss and would like to ask everyone for some guidance.

I tried resetting the BMC, but it still shows as 'no reading.'
