IPMI Command cannot found or no support Intel node manager

I want to manage power policy by using Intel node manager, and here is an openbmc driver in my hand.

But when I was in-bond and using get node manager version command follow:

ipmitool raw -t 0x2c -b 0x6  0x2e 0xca 0x57 0x01 0x00

and I receive an invalid command message in response. Even send get ME info command to BMC can get a response no support, cannot found ME.

What am I supposed to do? Should I change the number of channels or addresses?
